Can anyone tell me what the current delivery time is for the Version 5 upgrade? Has been sitting as Authorised Warehouse for about a week.
Many thanks |

About 10 days seems usual. _________________ Richard

Got mine in about 2 weeks. The order status for mine did not change from 'Warehouse' right up until I got it though.

Ordered 28th October. Still showing as "authorised warehouse". When I click on "Warehouse" it opens a new window that just says "Error: no order found". Quite worrying. |

I suggest you go to support on the TomTom web site and register a complaint.
Mine sat in "Warehouse" for two weeks, I complained and it was here within 3 days _________________ HP iPAQ 2210; TT5 wired; 256Mb Kingston CF; 256Mb Viking SD; Arkon Powered Speaker Mount

Mine too sat "In the Warehouse" until it was actually delivered.
Delivery was a comedy act in itself - I came home on a Friday evening to find a card through the letterbox saying that UPS had a parcel for me and was unable to deliver as no one was in. I called them at the number on the card and was told that they will try to re-deliver on Monday, I explained that this would be a waste of time as there would still be no one in (my wife and I have to work after all!) and could I collect from their warehouse? Yes, but only on weekdays (they are closed on Saturdays) - so that was no help. They then offered to deliver to a different address - OK so I gave them the details of my wife's work and they promised delivery on the Monday. Monday came and guess what? No delivery! Grrrrr - I arrived home all prepared to give UPS some grief for non delivery and found the package in the hallway, it had been posted through the letterbox. No problem with this, but why did they not do this in the first flipping place?? I could have had the software for the weekend and installed it, as that was the only free weekend I have until the end of this month. So I still haven't installed it.
Not Happy with UPS - OK with TomTom though - about 10 days is what it takes

|

I have just 'phoned TomTom about my Upgrade order. They estimate that the order SHOULD be despatched on the 21/11 - thats almost three weeks after the order was placed. I asked if they could improve on this timing and the answer was negative.
Perhaps Corinne Vigreux could explain to the Forum why it takes such a long time to put a set of CDs in a Jiffy-Pack and ask UPS to deliver them. Such appalling Customer Service does not warrant any degree of customer loyalty!
I understand that the Queen had GPS Navigation fitted to her fleet of limos. Did she choose TomTom? If she did, I hope she received better service! |

My invoice was emailed to me on the 16th. Just checked my order status on the web page and it now says Warehouse, Captured. Whatever that means. |
