I was having trouble doing this too, setup from the cd just created the zip file with the post code data in it, and didnt create an empty tomtom folder at the root of the sd card.

Just about to order TTN 5 full european maps from amazon and looked on the TomTom site, and the 2 boxes are different, though both show a pda on the front cover...

The one on amazon is TT Go Series ...

Well after a little price investigation it would appear that full european maps on TT is about £119, as opposed to about £240 for copilot, so i think thats pretty much solved that one for me....
