To answer Q2 1st....Not sure yet....
Check that the 210 can actually do Full Postcode Searches....summat tells me that it can't.

Hi,
I have a Medion PNA210T and it will do a full postcode search!!
You have two ways of doing it:-
1. A straight point to point journey:-
Select "Enter New Destination"
Select the Zip Code Button
Enter the Postcode and away you go
*The machine ALWAYS asks for Zip even if you have selected Imperial Units!!
2. A Multi Point journey(Up to five Waypoints)
Select "Routing"
Follow above instructions
Every time you select the Green Tick Mark to accept the address/Postcode you will be returned to screen that allows you enter a new postcode.
Hope this helps, if not either post or PM me and I will try to get you sorted!!
Regards

I must admit I have found that a few times myself. The database does appear to have some holes in it!!! Don't know of any way round this I'm afraid!!
