Click on the spanner icon. For the firmware version, click the System icon then the About button at the bottom of the screen. The current version is 3.90. For the maps version, click the Map icon then the Map Info button at the bottom of the screen. The current map version is 9. |

Popasmurf
Another useful tip. Whilst you are in setup (spanner icon), click on Navigation then click the Avoidances button. You'll see a list of avoidances. By default (I think?), the nuvi isn't set to avoid Unpaved Roads. So unless you've got a 4x4 and like forest tracks etc you might want to put a tick in that box. :D |
