Hi Thanks for trying to help me out.Just switched tom tom 1 on the screen comes on reading memory card then i get just the tom tom screen with the 2 red hands,No map cant switch off either unless i reset,Gone for reset and reset pressing in for 10 seconds,Any ideas please |

Reset for 30 seconds with a pin, then see what happens - how was the device when you last used it? and have you added anything to it (POI, software updates etc) - Mike |

Thanks for trying to help,Yes poi added but been fine since adding them over twelve months ago.Tried reset button loads of time 30 seconds plus.

If nothing else works, take out and then put back SD card whilst unit is switched off. Then switch unit on.

Hi Bondeno
Just had the same problem updating software on a friends ONE, seems that the problem was upgrading two jumps so to speak. Reinstalled the backup then did one upgrade at a time and everything was ok
