Hi
I have just disconnected my 910 from my PC and the screen is illuminated, but blank.
Why?
Will not turn off and i cannot find a reset button or anything....
Any ideas.

It's a really tiny hole...
You need a smaller than usual paper clip.

Hi Andy
thanks for that, just found it and reset it....One problem now though...
What is the tiny hole on the front at the top of the screen, next to the release button.
You are now probably thinking you know where i have stuck the paper clip.....
You are right, i have just poked it in that one first....I am guessing that whatever it WAS for is now extinct.

You are not the first to have done that, I really think TomTom should add some printed text on the screen protector with an arrow explaining exactly what the hole is on the front panel - lets face it doing this would save a lot of units being sent back with a faulty microphone, you can use the external microphone though, and to be honest this works considerably better than the inbuilt one ever does (even if not prodded with a pin) - Mike |
