GPS TomTom 5.21 and hw6515 No GPS Device

I have a HP hw6515 with TomTom 5.21 with CA map. I set up tomtom these settings and it still says No GPS device. No valid singal. I downloaded the newest quick GPS connection too.

GPS hardware - Other NMEA GPS
GPS band rate - Set at 4800 ( I tried them all)
GPS connected to - Internal AGPS NMEA

Thoses are the settings I got off of various forum site. Still no GPS singal and NO GPS device!... Any help and information would be appreciated.
