Can anybody help me please my 550 wont connect to active sync when i connect it to the pc. |

Try using the "connect to" on the ActiveSync screen. That may nudge it in to action. |

Have you actually installed Activesync on your PC? It doesn't come as standard. _________________ Tim |

yes ive installed activesync onmy pc - i have tried the connect to button but sitll no luck.
by the way i usualy get a blue screen saying "USB CONNECTION" on my navman 550 but i dont now. i just plug in the cable and nothing happens.
the cable is working fine as i have tested it on other devices .

i do find a device in the device manager called>
+Microsoft CE USB Device
Microsoft USB Sync
but i dont know why it wont connect still? maybe the drivers? |

ive just uninstalled the drivers - restarted pc- pluged in the navman > "finds new device"/ activesync "install drivers" restart pc. replug inb my navman i here the device but still no connection. |

i got it sorted , i was messing round with the on and off buttons + reset i got froze i pluged in my usb it worked i sent over some files that needed to be on so am 1/2 way back to the full way now |
