|
|
I've recently fitted a Writeshield AG cover-screen to myTT-GO and it certainly reduces reflections ; very good. Also seems to have little effect on the 'touch' of the screen.
However, when 'playing' with it to check the reduction in reflections, I did notice that the luminence and contrast of the screen varies differently, depending whether you view the screen off-centre from the left, or right.
Moving your head slightly to the left of 'normal' to the screen, results in increased contrast and decreased luminence and more saturated colours.
Moving your head slightly to the right, and the luminence increases, contrast decreases, and you get a 'washed-out' looking image on the screen.
Not wishing to remove my screen-cover, I was wondering if this is a feature of the TT-GO screen (favouring the driver in LHD cars), or due to the addition of the AG cover-screen in a particular orientation.
Anybody else noticed this?? _________________ Cheers, Doc L.

Don't worry, I have the Writescreen protector and it does just as you say.
I suppose it is part of the anti glare properties. |
