Well I have had the TT Go for a month now,the promised Newsletter and regular e mail contact have yet to happen....No sign of the missing TT cover yet either.
So far I have thoroughly enjoyed using the device, yet the absence of company contact, makes me wonder what kind of support I will receive if things went pear shaped?
Hopefully I am wrong and they are just establishing the support system,we will soon know. |

Don't worry about tomtom support they have a great sysytem of customer care....
you email a question
they email a computer generated reply
you email the question again
they email a computer generated reply and close your query!
to be honest this is the best place for tomtom support - as for newsletters etc - everyone who registered navigator (all versions) ever got was the very occassional email when a new version went on sale (so 3 emails in 3 years - never any emails when a new release comes out).
keep looking here and going to the tomtom web site to look for updates - don't expect them to tell you (after all they have your money)
One thing is certain tomtom do sort out their products with updates so if you do have a problem it will likely be solved by a interim (free) release at some point.
Cheers

The update on the 12th looks interesting - hopefully the poi warning feature will also be ported to ttn3 - although checkpoint works so well this isn't really a must have. _________________ -----------------------------------------------------------
